FOUNDER
Aye Bupp! Im Nick, and I’m the co-founder of Bupp Call Company, alongside my best friend and brother in Christ, Ron. Our company is rooted in our faith and passion for the outdoors, specifically duck hunting. But let me take you back to how this all began and how God led me to where I am today.
As a young boy, I had the privilege of learning to hunt alongside my Uncle Johnny. Though we didn’t hunt ducks at the time, I quickly became intrigued with the outdoors and the peace it brought me. After finishing school, I joined the United States Army, where I completed basic training in Georgia and stationed in Fort Riley, KS. It was during my time there that I gave my life to Christ, a decision would forever change the course of my life.
During my time in the Army, I endured many challenges and had the opportunity to train, travel, and experience different parts of the world. I was deployed to Europe and had the opportunity to visit places like Poland, France, Germany, Latvia, and Ireland; However, no matter where I was, God’s calling was always on my heart.
After leaving the Army, I returned to Ohio, but I soon felt the need to grow deeper in my relationship with the Lord. So, I made a decision to move to Florida, where I spent a year seeking God, through prayer, reading his word, and spreading the Gospel. That year in Florida was life-changing, and when I returned to Ohio, I was more focused in my faith than ever before.
It was around this time that I was introduced to duck hunting by my lifelong friend Ron and his younger brother, Jacob. From the very first hunt, I was hooked. There was something special about being out in the marsh, surrounded by nature, and sharing those quiet, yet powerful moments with friends. It wasn’t long after that Ron and I began dreaming and planning Bupp Call Company. We wanted to create something that was as much about faith as it was about hunting—something that would spread the Gospel and honor God while bringing people together.
I’m incredibly grateful that Bupp Call Company has become what it is today. It’s not just a business— it’s a ministry. Every handcrafted duck call that we make is a testament to God’s goodness and a reminder of the blessings he’s poured into our lives. For me, it’s also a way to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others while doing what I enjoy most—duck hunting.
I’m humbled that I get to share this journey with brother Ron, who has been by my side for most of my life. Together, we’re building something that’s bigger than just duck calls. It’s a community of like-minded people, passionate about faith, hunting, and spreading the love of Jesus Christ.
Thank you for being a part of this adventure with us.
God bless
Romans 10:9
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

FOUNDER
Hey Bupp! I’m a bupp who’s always loved duck hunting, and I’m lucky to do it alongside my best friend and brother in Christ, Nick. I’ve always been a hands-on kinda guy—building, fixing, tinkering, trying to make things better. And coming from a music background, I’ve always had an ear for sound—especially the unique tone that instruments, and even duck calls, can make.
One morning, Nick and I were sittin’ in the marsh, just talking about life and how we could share the gospel with bupps. I looked at my duck call, listened to the sound it made, and it hit me—this thing’s kinda like a musical instrument, with its own tone and rhythm. And I thought, “Why not make a Christian duck call company?” Something that spreads God’s word while giving hunters a call made with heart, passion, and a little bit of our own hands-on know-how.
This ain’t just a business for me—it’s a ministry. A way to pour effort and creativity into something that matters, glorifies God, and lets me do what I love.
Back in 2019, I gave my life to Christ. One verse that’s stuck with me ever since is 1 Corinthians 13:11: “When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” That verse reminds me how far I’ve come and keeps me on the path God set for me.
I’m also lucky to have my wife, Leah, by my side. In February 2024, God blessed us with our son, River, and in 2025, we got our daughter, Briar. Being a dad is wild, but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. This company? I hope one day I can pass it down to River, Briar, and maybe more kids if God blesses us. My prayer is that it becomes a legacy of faith, family, and hard work.
There was this one day I came home and told Leah I was done with my music career—that my next show would be my last. I thought she was gonna think I’d lost it or freak out, but she didn’t. She supported me all the way, no questions asked, and that meant the world to me.
Every call we make is more than just a duck call—it’s a piece of our heart, our faith, and our passion. Whether you’re sittin’ in the marsh at dawn or messing around in your backyard, we hope our calls can be part of your story, just like they’re part of ours.
